VILLAGE OF BARBOURSVILLE FALL FEST- PARADE APPLICATION

Thursday, September 28th, 2023- 6:15 PM

** Parade line-up begins at 5:15 PM at the entrance of Barboursville Park. You will be permitted to build and assemble floats in the main park, and then line up when complete. Please note: if you are walking in the parade or driving an individual vehicle, you will be permitted to line up in the bus barn lot. THIS IS FOR INDIVIDUAL VEHICLES AND WALKERS ONLY!

THEME: WALK THE PLANK

Please make sure to complete the entire application. Closer to parade date, we will send out rules, helpful tips, and a map of the parade route.

Parade Rules:
Only vehicles participating in the parade will be allowed in the lineup area.
Drivers must stay with participating vehicle at all times during the lineup.
DO NOT STOP THE PARADE! Dancers, vehicles, etc. are not to stop the parade to perform. If your group is performing a routine, it must continue to move forward at all times. Any group or individual stopping the parade may be escorted from the lineup.
